While playing, mark any hands that have caused you some interest or challenge so that you can easily find them in the poker tracker and load all of them at once to ICMIZER.

The main requirements for this approach:

1) tournaments are SNG or MTSNG;

2) marked hands can be from different tournaments, but the structure of the tournaments must be the same. If you play in different types of tournaments, you need to divide your marked hands by tournament type using the tracker filters and then upload them to ICMIZER by tournament types.

We will review three popular poker trackers - Holdem Manager 2, Holdem Manager 3 and PokerTracker 4 . But the general order of the process is the same:

1. Marking hands during the game session or when analyzing them in the poker tracker reports.

2. Grouping of marked hands into one report if they are from one type of tournaments, or into several reports if they are from tournaments with different structures.

3. Loading marked hands into ICMIZER.

Holdem Manager 2

1. To mark a hand during a live session, right-click on it in the table statistics HUD and choose one of the tags.

To mark the hand in the HM2 report, right-click on it, click on Mark and choose one of the tags.

2. In HM2, open the report "Overall" and check the Marked Hands checkbox. Only the hands you have marked will be shown in the hands view.

If you need a specific tag, choose it from the list next to "Marked Hands".

● If all the marked hands in the report are from one type of tournaments:

To select all the hands in the hands view, press Ctrl+A, then right-click on any selected hands and click on Copy. All selected hands will be copied to the clipboard.

● If the marked hands in the report are from different types of tournaments, you need to apply a tournament type filter to avoid incorrect ICMIZER calculating because of it. To do this, you need to use the Filter for Tag and specify the tournament type. In our case, the tag is "Fifty50".

Now all the marked hands are from the same type of tournament.

3. After you have selected all the hands in step 2 and clicked on Copy, open ICMIZER 3.

In the Tournament Selector, specify the mode of calculation (ICM %EV, ICM $EV, Chip EV, Chip BB EV) and the tournament structure in which the copied from HM2 hands were played. For MTT, we recommend using only ICM %EV or ICM $EV calculations.

Then click on Paste hand history and Load them.

Copied from Holdem Manager 2 hands are loaded to ICMIZER and ready for calculation.

If any of the loaded hands match for automatic analysis, they will be analyzed immediately.

For more information about the automatic analysis feature, please read the article "How to use the automatic hand analysis in ICMIZER 3".

Holdem Manager 3

If you need to mark the current hand at the table, click on the shortcut icon in the HM3 "HUD" panel, then click on Tag Hand In Progress and choose one of the tags.

To mark the hand in the HM3 report, right-click on it, click on Tag and choose one of the tags.

2. In HM3, open the report "Overall" and check the Tagged Hands checkbox. Only the hands you have marked will be shown in the hands view.

If you need a specific tag, choose it from the list next to "Tagged Hands".

To do this, open the Filter Editor and choose the Basic - Tournament - Flag filter.
