If you're having trouble loading hand histories from any of these rooms, make sure that the language of the hand history file is English.

If it is in English, and the hand history still doesn't load correctly, please reach us at [email protected] and attach the faulty hand history as a .txt file. Sometimes poker rooms make changes in their format so we can update our loading logic and support the changed format asap.
